This link takes you to a powerpoint presentaion by Annie Kerregan of Cardinal Solutions on project planning for iterative style projects.There is some great content in here, and if you have run a few projects iteratively you'll know that they are much more likely to deliver results (and happy sponsors) the usual hard slog and heavy doc approaches.
