This is "Module 5 – Create a Kanban Board in SharePoint", which is part of a series on "How to create a Kanban Board in SharePoint Linked Dynamically to Microsoft Project Task Board".
35. To create a Kanban board in SharePoint from the Task List, click on the gear option, and the Site Contents
36. Click on Site Pages
37. Click on >New, >Web Part Page
38. Type in the Name for your Kanban board. I have chosen My Kanban. Chose the option; "Header, Footer, 3 Columns" and select the Document Library of Site Pages. Then click on Create.
39. Click on Add Web Part in the Left Column
40. Under the Categories, select Apps. Under Parts, click on the name of your Task List. Mine is called My Project. Click on Add
41. Click on the dropdown and chose Edit Web Part
42. For Selected View, Choose To Do, uncheck "Show Timeline". Under Appearance, input To Do for Title and then click on OK.
43. This Web Part will now display the To Do view
44. In the Middle Column, click on Add a Web Part, choose My Project list and click on Add
45. Click on the dropdown, then click on Edit Web Part
46. Choose the In Progress view, Select No Toolbar, uncheck Show Timeline, input "In Progress" as the title
47. Once you click on OK, you will be returned to the Kanban page
48. Click on Add a Web Part below the Right Column, choose My Project and then click on Add. Click on the dropdown and then click on Edit Web Part
49. For Selected View, choose Done. Select No Toolbar and uncheck Show timeline. For Title, type Done.
50. Once you click on OK, you will be returned to the Kanban page:
51. Click on Stop Editing
52. You will be returned to the My Kanban page
53. You will notice that the SharePoint Kanban exactly mirrors the Task Board that was in Microsoft Project
