Step 1: Launch Google

Step 2: Type in “Download Microsoft Project 2013”

Step 3: Click on the link that shows the source as “technet”

Step 4: Click on “Get Started Now”

Step 5: Sign in to your “Microsoft account”. Microsoft account is the new name for what used to be called a “Windows Live ID.” Your Microsoft account is the combination of an email address and a password that you use to sign in to services like Hotmail, Messenger, SkyDrive, Windows Phone, Xbox LIVE, or Outlook.com.

Step 6: Input or update information about you and your machine. Click on Continue.

Step 7: Input or update additional information about you and your machine. Click on Continue.

Step 8: Save your product key number. Select the option to “Print Key”. You may also want to save this information electronically to your computer (perhaps in Notepad). This will be needed later!

Step 9: Select language and click on Download.

Step 10: Select “Allow” for Download Manager.

Step 11: Select a location where you would like the downloaded application to be stored and click on “Save”. BE SURE to remember where you store the application as this will be needed later!

Step 12: When the Progress within Download Manager shows 100%, you have successfully downloaded Microsoft Project 2013! You can now Exit Download Manager.
